BATCH A CORPERS CRY OUT OVER UNPAID ALLOWANCE FROM NYSC

Social media has been ablaze as BATCH A Corpers plead and beg with NYSC 
to pay them their allowance for December 2016. This is most unusual for the scheme as they usually pay allowances of Corpers on time. The scheme is yet to comment on the reason for lack of payment which has resulted some Corpers to insult them while some plead as they need the money for their well being and everyday hustle. On behalf of the Batch A Corpers, we are still pleading with the scheme to pay them their allowance as it is long overdue.
Why would the government do this? This Is unfair.
